Collections

A Collection is a folder of sources. It can also carry a filter that decides what belongs in it.

`GET /v1/feeds/collections`	List Collections and their managed-feed filters
`POST /v1/feeds/collections`	Create a Collection
`POST /v1/feeds/collections/{id}`	Rename a Collection or replace its input membership
`DELETE /v1/feeds/collections/{id}`	Delete a Collection
`POST /v1/feeds/filters/preview`	Preview a Collection filter without changing the feed
`POST /v1/feeds/filters/apply`	Apply a previously previewed Collection filter

Membership is a complete replacement, not a merge. Any source you omit is removed.
