# Blue Origin Hit With Disabled Worker’s Open-Office Bias Claims

Blue Origin LLC violated federal disablity law when it failed to accommodate a former employee who had difficulties working in an open-office environment, a new suit in Florida federal court alleges. 
The worker’s supervisor at the Jeff Bezos-founded rocket company initially allowed her to move to a quieter location, but returned her to the open-office setup after she sought formal Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
